  In January 2017, a male employee helped me mail my unemployment papers using their envelope. After providing the address info, I paid. He printed and applied the shipping label onto the envelope. He said it would be picked up later that day. I checked the status online a week later to confirm delivery, only to find the shipping was paid - but the store was awaiting drop off. I called the 800 number for more details, but they didn't have any. I also opened an investigation to at least get a refund. With one day left to send my paperwork, I went to FedEx. No investigation outcome received. The store was in sad looking condition, as if they were shutting down. Also seemed the employee's two friends were loitering. Glad to see new management.
