  I had a really negative experience coming in for the first time ever to a Sephora. The employee who helped me was very condescending and rude-she even laughed at me; it was a really strange experience. I asked her about foundation recommendations. Just that. She seemed skeptical when I told her about my skin type and preferences, and she gave a quick list of recommendations. When I asked her to repeat some of them, she sighed and rubbed her face-I'm honestly astounded they provide that kind of customer service. I work in customer service as well and I saw so many aspects of her customer service skills that really needed work. I wonder if they don't focus on that at all at Sephora? In any case, I don't think I'll come back again.
