  The facility itself I have nothing to speak of, their RN Liz Littleton though I can write a paragraph about. My friend and I signed up for Qmap classes taught by her months in advance, drove an hour down to the facility and 5 minutes before our class.. she cancels on us via email.... in the email she sent canceling the class she stated that if we wanted we could get a refund never stating where we could get the refund, how or who to contact about it. The email also did not include any refund policies. My friend and I then requested a refund from the website that the tickets were purchased from, simply to get a rude contact from Liz explaining that we had done it wrong. After multiple times trying to obtain a refund for two tickets, we have exhausted all of our resources and have been ignored and given false contact information to her higher ups. that we have decided to take legal action.
  
  Don't pay for Qmap classes here, stay away from Liz Littleton.
