  Stay far away from this location!!!!!! The unprofessional arrogant attitude of the owners son Doug is unacceptable. His way or no way is his business model and he stated he is a "traditional" owner who responds to complaints when he feels like, when ever, if at all... His shop stained the drivers seat in my brand new 2017 Ford Fusion with an oil based product that was still wet when I brought it back moments after discovering it. His tech said this has been happening a lot lately, hmm a clue. After asking Doug the owners son, he said "we get lot of oil on seats complaints its part of the business". WOW ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!! He smugly blamed someone else and said he would do nothing to try to make this right. This is a complete disgrace to Jiffy Lube and their brand. Jiffy Lube should take a hard look at this location and ownership. I own and maintained six vehicle here...but not anymore.... thumbs down, stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! By the way where is the owner? Contacted corporate and they don't care either!!!!! Its taught from the top.
