  I was so fortunate to work with Adrianne Geyer to buy my first home and I couldn't have been happier. Adrianne is a true professional and knows the business inside and out and as if that weren't enough, she was also the most helpful, understanding and patient person to this anxious first time home buyer. She was full of sound practical advice and explained every step of the process (sometimes multiple times) and was committed to making sure that the house I bought worked for me financially and emotionally. It never felt like she just wanted to make a sale. She was genuinely interested in my happiness. She had my back from the initial conversations to closing and she will be the only person I work with in the future.

  Adrianne has been amazing and very helpful to me over the years. She has turned into a reliable extremely helpful friend in the industry and I would highly suggest working with her and her team! Her team put in a lot of work helping me find my place in Denver in a very competitive market and she followed all the guidelines to get me a backed up bid in that got me the home I was looking for even after getting outbid.
