  I used them twice last year and both projects have cracked within the year. They have ignored repeated contact requests to get the work fixed. What makes it worse is that when they prepped the site, I asked if they should use chicken or fence wire to reinforce it. I had the extra wire sitting out for them. They said no the new concrete is guaranteed because it contains fiberglass. Doesn't seem to be very guaranteed right now. With winter here, the cracks will only get bigger. Thanks guys.
