  This review is a bit lengthy because I witnessed so much, and I want to make sure it's all out there.
  Let me start by saying that my wife and I just moved to the area, and this is the first time I was a patron of this particular pizza hut.
  First, when you order online they will give you an incredibly long wait time (though that very well could have been the time of day, since it was 7pm when we submitted our order.) I would add at least 10 additional minutes onto that time, since that is about how long I waited (roughly 50 minutes from time of order submission). Also, DO NOT attempt to order by phone. During the 15 minutes I was waiting inside the actual storefront, the phone rang almost constantly, and was never answered (though when asked about it by another employee, he said he wasn't answering it because "they keep hanging up". Which would make sense if he was busy doing something else while the phone rang for 5 straight minutes.)
  In order to give you the most details, let me give you a minute-by-minute account of my time inside the store.
  Upon my arrival, one gentleman was already waiting in the store, though he seemed frustrated and ready to leave, I have no knowledge of how long he was in there. I could head employees arguing in the back of the store loudly, though I am unsure of what the argument was about, though one of the employees made a comment about how everyone was getting mad at him.
  Shortly after I entered, the waiting man's pizza was brought to the front and he was asked to pay. After paying, he was shown his pizza, and he immediately noticed that the pizza did not have the spinach on it that he had ordered. Upon being told this, the man working the register said he would get him a bag of spinach to sprinkle on the pizza when he got home. (not kidding). The man then also asked for a small portion of cheese as well, since the pizza was also missing the extra cheese he had ordered.
  About halfway through this exchange the phone began to ring, though no employee even so much as acknowledged it.
  After a few minutes, the man working the register returns with a small bag of spinach and a sauce cup of cheese, and the man who had arrived before me quickly left. I step up to the counter and give him my name to find my order. (it has now been 40 minutes since my order was placed online.) As I am giving my name, 2 more groups of people enter the store.
  He checks the warmers, and my order is not in there. He takes the single box that is in the warmer and checks the name, which he then calls out to no response. He then goes to the back, and tells the employees in the back he needs a dinner box made. (I'm not sure if he thought I couldn't hear him or what.) So at this point, I am fairly confident that my order had not even been made yet. He comes back to the front and gives me the total for my order and I pay him (this is my bad, I should have waited to pay until I got my pizza, but I was hungry and not in my right mind I guess). Once I have paid, he returns to the back and stands among the employees back there talking with them. (All the while the phone is still ringing.) Standing in front of the front counter, I can look to my left and see the reflection from the back, which gives me a clear view of almost the entire preparation area. I can see that none of the food preparers in the back are wearing gloves of any kind, and a taller guy with a pinkish hat and short darker hair is eating loose toppings with bare hands.
  When register guy returns, he tells me that my order will be up soon, and motions for the next guest to come forward. I sit down and observe the next guests receive their orders correctly (though one makes a comment to the register-working employee after checking her pizza that last time it was not correct when she ordered the same thing.
  After several more minutes of waiting the register employee forgets I was there and asks if I have been helped. Upon recognizing me, he tells me he has my dinner box ready. I take it and leave, finding out later that there are no sauces in the box at all.
