  Our hardwood floors and staircase never look better! Jack and his team did an excellent job extending our current floors into two additional rooms and rebuilding our staircase. He patiently worked with us on a new stain color and even did a custom mix to give us exactly what we wanted. From flush floor vent covers to iron balusters on our staircase, the entire look of our home was transformed and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Jack went above and beyond to give us exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend Jack and Fado Hardwood Flooring.

  Please be cautious in using this company to refinish your hardwood floors. Jack Milligan, the owner, over promised and under delivered on the job he did for us. We had company coming in to town the week after the job was to be finished and Jack assured us that the job would be completed before their arrival. The job ended up running a week past it's scheduled completion and finishing at 8PM on a Saturday night. Our family had to get a last minute hotel room that night as the fumes were too strong to stay in the house. The stain that was applied to the floor was carelessly brushed on our baseboards and when brought this to Jack's attention he quickly brought up a picture to show that they were dirty from the beginning. We also found stain on the carpet and banister. 3 weeks after the job was completed, one of the wood floor vents broke that they had installed. I called Jack to ask if this was going to be a problem as the vent is in a traffic area in front of the patio door. He said he had only heard of this happening one other time and promised he would replace it by the end of the week. Two weeks passed without hearing from him. When I got ahold of him this time, he then stated that there would be a $25 charge for his supplies but that he would not be making a profit on it. Again he promised to deliver the vent by the end of the week. Again, no show. Finally, four weeks after initial contact, he dropped the vent off to my husband's work and told him it would be $50! My husband was shocked and told him that was not the deal. Jack remarked to just take it then and stormed out. Our friends are now having their floors done and we will not be recommending this company.
