  Consistently orders tests that are expensive and unneeded. My insurance won't pay for some of them, leaving me with expensive bills on top of an overpriced charge for a routine physical. For example, my physical was billed as a diagnostic visit not a routine physical, and the staff ordered a PSA test on a healthy 31 year old. Poor staff, rarely answer phones and frequently don't return calls. I have only seen a PA, doctor can't even be bothered to see me.
