  The food here is so good. The service had always been excellent. If you go on a weekend or holiday expect to wait for a table. They give so much food I always have a box to take home with me. The menu is about 16 pages long! There is something for everyone here. I have never ordered something and didn’t like it. My favorite cheesecake is the mango key lime. Try it it’s seriously good.

  Came here for dinner with my partner and my folks from out of town at my Mum's request since we've had good experiences at the one in Seattle, WA. I was sorely disappointed at the quality of food presented to me. I ordered Spaghetti & meatballs for dinner, and my partner ordered the Shepard's Pie. My folks received their food in due time, however both my and my partner's meals did not come out until my folks were well into eating their food. Upon receiving it, I found not 1 but ALL of my meatballs were inedible because they were not cooked all the way. I had to send it back and decided to order something else. While waiting for my alternative meal, my partner found that his shepard's Pie was ALSO not cooked all the way. We sent it back and he reordered it. By the time we got our dinners back, dinner was over and we just had to have it boxed.
  
  The strawberry smoothie was a highlight of a drink. And the stuffed mushrooms appetizer was also nice. The cheesecake was of course phenomenal and we took some to go.
  
  Overall, I am happy the GM worked with our table continuously and removed the uncooked meals from our bill but I was very let down, especially since it was the final dinner with my folks while they were in town. I can't say I'd go back for anything other than maybe a cheesecake to-go.
  I wish it could have gone better. I felt so bad for our conscientious server because she tried really hard to make it a great experience and the meals just kept having issues.
