  I have been with State Farm for over 25 years and have had good experience with them. However, this agent/office is horrible. It is the first time I've have nothing but problems with a State Farm Agent. They double billed me for a premium and the agent refused to call me to try and get it corrected. Furthermore, her staff were unable to resolve the issue. After much headache, they now issued a refund check and refunded my credit card. They just can't get it right! More headaches to resolve such a simple issue. I'm in the process of changing agents because I like State Farm but this agent/office does not meet my expectations.
