  I love coming here! Sean has a great (and scientific) approach to working out. As he trains your muscles, he also trains your brain by teaching correct terminology and offering stimulating conversation. I take advantage of 1-on-1 training and group training. The people in the group training sessions I attend are also fun and engaging. The gym in not gigantic like a Planet Fitness or similar but it’s a good size and the equipment is all really nice. I think it’s also important to point out that I’ve never felt judged by anyone in this gym.

  I've been in Sean's group training class for a while. He has designed the perfect routine for me that I can do in the group session but on my own. We laugh a lot while working super hard. His facilities are very clean and he has great equipment.
